If you connected to Facebook in Box Jam!, reconnecting the same Facebook account restores your progress. Guest accounts (played without Facebook) are saved only on the device you play on. If you switch devices, first connect to Facebook on your old device to sync progress and then log in on the new device. If you reformat your device or delete the game data while using a guest account, your progress cannot be recovered
